Reservation appointments:

• 5 days after confirming the reservation
  The reservation is only final after payment of 50% of the rent. This is within 5 calendar days after confirmation. 

• Four weeks before the rental period
  You pay the remaining 50% of the rent as well as the deposit of € 250.00 4 weeks before arrival on the same account as the advance and provided that the name of the tenant is stated.

• Are you booking less than 4 weeks before departure?
  Then you pay the total rent and the € 250.00 deposit immediately.

• Guarantee
  The deposit will be refunded to your account within 2 weeks after departure if the property is left in good order and without damage.

• Cancellation conditions
  You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. 
  In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the rent will be charged.

House rules:

• Shortcomings in the inventory or other comments are reported on the day of arrival.

• There is no rental to youth groups. The minimum age is 25 years.

• Organizing bachelor parties and/or student parties is not allowed.

• Rest after 22:00.

• Frying, candles, and electric fires are not allowed in the house due to the risk of fire.

• Fondue, stone grills, pizza ovens, and other small electrical appliances in this genre are not allowed in the home due to the fire control system.

• It is forbidden to smoke in the house. 

• Animals are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

• If something is broken or lost during your stay, we request that you make this known before departure.

• The use of baking paper is required on the oven racks and baking trays.

• Waste is sorted according to local guidelines.

• Kitchen utensils are cleaned and put back in an orderly manner.

• The dishwasher is emptied.

• The BBQ is cleaned after use.

• You leave used towels on the floor of the bathroom.

• The bed sheets are pulled off and left on the floor.

• The house is left spotless.

• A standard final cleaning of 4 hours is included. Cleaning of excessive pollution contrary to the house rules will be charged extra.
